Terms of Purchase and Delivery

ORDERING AND PRICES

All goods and services offered by Tea Time one d.o.o. are listed in the Tea Time one.hr online store. All relevant information about the characteristics and purpose of each item or service is provided. The retail price is displayed for each product. The stated price applies to payments made by bank transfer, online banking and cards.

Product prices are expressed in euros (“EUR”) and include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Croatia.

For purchases made through the Tea Time one d.o.o. WEB SHOP, Tea Time one d.o.o. may offer general or individual discounts that may apply for a specific period of time or as part of specific promotional sales. Products subject to discounts will be clearly marked together with the discount applicable to the respective product.
Tea Time one d.o.o. reserves the right to change product prices until the purchase is confirmed.
By confirming the purchase, registered users complete the purchasing process through the WEB SHOP service. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment.
The cost of delivery of purchased products is not included in the product price displayed on the website.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEB SHOP

Registered users may pay for products via online banking, credit cards and PayPal.

Credit card payments are available for the following cards:

Tea Time one d.o.o. bears all transaction costs associated with the authorization of the user’s credit card.
Only after successful authorization may a registered user complete or continue the purchase through the WEB SHOP service. In the event of unsuccessful authorization, the purchasing process will be terminated.
The registered user receives confirmation by electronic mail (e-mail) or via the website indicating whether the authorization was successful or unsuccessful. The registered user expressly assumes responsibility for ensuring that the information provided during registration is complete, accurate, truthful and up to date.

Deferred payment (installment payments) by card is also available.

Payment in 2 to 6 installments is available to Diners credit card holders and to holders of Maestro and Visa debit cards linked to current accounts with Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.

Products are ordered through the shopping cart. Depending on the order and product availability, the seller will send confirmation of the received order to the buyer’s e-mail address.

Payment via PayPal

Our website also allows you to make secure payments using the well-known PayPal payment system.

Payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay

You can also pay for your orders using Google Pay and Apple Pay.

The user may use these pages for private purposes without any usage fees. Tea Time one d.o.o. fully disclaims any liability arising in any way from or related to the use of these websites, for any actions of users/buyers involving the use or misuse of the content of these websites, and for any damage that may arise to the user/buyer or any third party in connection with the use or misuse of the content of these websites.
Tea Time one d.o.o. is not responsible for any content that a user may post on these websites and reserves the right to change, adapt, modify or delete any content that it considers inappropriate.

TERMS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

The seller is Tea Time one d.o.o., and the buyer is any adult person who is a visitor/user of these pages and who completes an electronic order, submits it to the seller and makes payment.
A user/buyer is any adult person who accepts the general terms and conditions. Tea Time one d.o.o. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions, as well as the terms of use of these pages, at any time. By accessing these pages, the user is deemed to be familiar with the current rules and terms of use and, when placing an order, confirms acceptance of them as a buyer.
The buyer is required to provide accurate basic information necessary for delivery of the order. Tea Time one d.o.o. collects only the basic information about buyers that is necessary to fulfill its obligation to deliver the ordered products.
Tea Time d.o.o. undertakes to deliver within 3 business days all ordered (with the exception of islands) and paid products that are available in stock at the time of ordering. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s order, Tea Time one d.o.o. begins processing and arranging delivery of the order. The delivery period begins on the next business day following receipt of funds in the transaction account or completion of card payment.

If an order placed with bank transfer or online payment as the selected payment method is not paid into the bank account within 6 business days, the order will be cancelled.

In the event that the delivery period is exceeded, Tea Time one d.o.o. and the Buyer will agree on an extension of the delivery period, or Tea Time one d.o.o. will refund the amount paid to the Buyer.

No additional bank fees or commissions are charged for any payments. Tea Time one d.o.o. bears these costs, meaning there are no hidden charges.

Delivery within Croatia costs EUR 4.65, while delivery is free for purchases exceeding EUR 50.00.
Delivery to a parcel locker costs EUR 2.90.
Delivery to Slovenia costs EUR 8.75.

If the Buyer does not collect a registered shipment within 5 (five) business days from the date of notification that the shipment is available for collection, the shipment will be returned to Tea Time one d.o.o.

If the Buyer, without justified reason, fails to collect the dispatched goods and they are returned to Tea Time one d.o.o., Tea Time one d.o.o. reserves the right to charge the Buyer the actual costs incurred as a result of the unsuccessful delivery.

Product delivery is available within the Republic of Croatia and Slovenia (via GLS delivery services), with the note that delivery to certain areas of the Republic of Croatia may be irregular or unavailable. In the event of a purchase requiring delivery outside the Republic of Croatia, the buyer shall arrange transportation independently, and the goods shall be collected at the premises of Tea Time one d.o.o.

Termination of the Contract

The Buyer may unilaterally terminate the concluded Sales Contract within 30 days without giving any reason. If a contract has been concluded for several products and services based on an accepted offer, the Buyer may unilaterally terminate the contract in its entirety for all purchased products and services or only for individual products or services.

In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Contract, the Buyer must inform Tea time one d.o.o. of the decision to terminate the contract before the expiry of the applicable period by means of an unequivocal statement sent by electronic mail to info@tea-time-one.hr, stating their first and last name, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address. The Buyer may also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract available in this section.

The period for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day on which the first item or the first shipment of goods from the paid offer is delivered into the Buyer’s possession.

Tea time one d.o.o. will provide the Buyer with confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination without delay.

The Buyer shall be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation within the prescribed period if the goods are sent to Tea time one d.o.o., or to a person authorized to receive the goods, before the expiry of the aforementioned period.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
