Matcha rightfully stands far ahead of all other green teas.
Unlike conventional tea preparation, in which tea leaves are infused with water and then strained, Matcha is a powder made by grinding whole leaves into a smooth powder. The powder is then mixed with water at 50°C to a maximum of 80°C and whisked into a foam to produce a creamy drink. Because the entire tea leaf is consumed this way, one cup of Matcha is equivalent to drinking as many as 15 cups of another green tea.

Antioxidants
Matcha contains 70 times more antioxidants than orange juice. Among antioxidants, catechins are the most powerful and beneficial. One specific catechin called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg) accounts for 60% of the catechins in Matcha green tea and is best known for its cancer-fighting properties. Scientists have found that Matcha contains more than 100 times as much EGCg as any other tea on the market.

Important benefits of this tea
This tea has a relaxing effect and has been used for centuries in meditation and spiritual rituals. It also stimulates the production of dopamine and serotonin, which support a good mood, improve concentration and memory, increase energy and endurance, stimulate metabolism, help with weight loss and detoxification, and reduce cholesterol. Best of all, it has none of the side effects associated with rapid heartbeat and high blood pressure. Instead, it strengthens the immune system and acts as a natural antibiotic. It is rich in potassium, vitamins A and C, iron, protein, calcium, and more.

It is important to choose high-quality Matcha
You can recognize high-quality Matcha by its vivid green color. Various quality grades are available on the market, with colors ranging from green to almost yellow-brown. A vivid green color means the tea is of very high quality. It was grown in shade to increase its chlorophyll content, every vein and stem was removed, and it was ground in a way that preserves the full composition of the leaf. In addition to the color, which immediately reveals the quality of the composition, there is also a major difference in flavor. With high-quality Matcha, you will enjoy health in every sip.
