Bai Mu Dan White Tea

Harvest time: early April 2025

Origin: Zhenghe, Fujian, China

Garden height: 710 m

Cultivar: Da Bai

Picking Method: Manual

Authentic white tea from Fujian harvested according to the official standard of one bud with two leaves. This tea offers an extremely smooth and soft texture with a floral aroma of rose and magnolia. The long-lasting taste refreshes with notes of citrus, fresh olives and cucumber.

This wonderful white tea is part of the rich history of Fujian teas. Dried tea leaves smell as beautiful as they look, silky and floral.

Without a doubt, it is one of the most popular white teas from China. However, the origin of his name is not clear. Some say that this is due to the beautiful contrast of soaked small leaves (which turn green) and tea buds (which remain white), resembling a peony flower. Others associate the name with the floral aroma of this white tea.
