Unlike most < href="https://tea-time-one.hr/yunnan-domovina-caja/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Yunnan Shu Pu-erh teas that use blended raw materials from many different tea gardens, only material from one organic tea garden is used here. This makes high-quality organic shu pu-erh tea from controlled exquisite material. The tea has many golden peaks and has a sweet fruity taste. The liquid is dark, with a deep flavor that is the result of the rich content that organic farming brings.

After roasting and rolling, the tea is placed in the sun to dry. It is a unique processing of tea Yunnan Puerha – Shai Qing. The leaves are then stacked in a pile and covered with a palm cloth with a fermenting microorganism. Fermentation lasts about two months.

The sorting of the leaves is the reason why mini tou cha has a small and consistent leaf size. After fermentation mature pu-erh tea is sifted and sorted, and the finer tea leaves are usually used to make mini tuoch. After the fermentation process, finer leaves are collected to make mini tuocha. Thus, the quality of mini tuoch follows the same quality of raw material used to produce the same batch of mature pu-erh tea and is not inferior in quality compared to the larger leaves from the same batch.

From the grading process, tea leaves are classified into tops, small leaves, large leaves, stems, etc. There are usually 5 to 6 degrees or sometimes even up to 10 degrees in which the highest grade contains the highest percentage of buds, so it is called Gong Ting pu-erh tea. This is followed by a special grade, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and so on. Thanks to the number of golden tips, the appearance of the Gong Ting rating is so gorgeous. Due to the very limited quantity and high demand, Gong Ting pu-erh has the highest price. However, the rating of mature pu-erh tea does not reflect its quality, but the characteristics of the cup. Quality is defined by the raw material used.

Certain ingredients in tea buds produce a very unique taste. Thanks to the large number of buds, the taste is very delicate and soft. Basically, there are no exceptions to this trend, regardless of the type of tea. When tea consists of more larger and mature leaves, it gives a fuller and more lasting taste, while tea with a lot of buds is softer and more tender.

The grades of mature Pu-erh tea reflect its character, and the quality is defined by its raw material.
It helps in the digestion of food and has a beneficial effect on the stomach.
